Cross-industry economic development is a lifeline; This requires the establishment of specialized industrial cities, in accordance with the principles of scientific planning, provided that all the benefits provided to the industry are coupled with operational efficiency, so that the facilities deducted from the mouths of the poor are not directed to supporting some individuals at the expense of the idea of ??development as a whole. The best evidence of the importance of industry is that Europe has emerged from the darkness of the Middle Ages into the luxury of technological progress. Starting from the Industrial Revolution that began in 1776 AD.The experience has been accompanied by a return of interest in the industry since the establishment of the New Urban Communities Authority, by Law No. 59 of 1979 AD, and this resulted in the emergence of about 27 new cities from scratch. Which confirms the success of the idea; But when corruption and randomness struck the body of development; Production stopped at about 1,570 factories until 2011 AD only, in addition to the continued deficit in the trade balance until now. This study aims to present the Egyptian experience and analyze its strengths and weaknesses, while comparing it with some international experiences such as: Japan, Germany, or some East Asian countries: such as China, Malaysia, and others, in order to address the deficiencies in Egypt or any Arab country that wants to achieve Renaissance across industry.
