I Am what He says I Am

I want to share my powerful story of healing and transformation. It takes tremendous courage to be vulnerable about mental health struggles, and I feel inspired to share how I found healing through therapy, mindfulness, and my faith journey.I felt it necessary to transform my struggle into a source of hope for others.
