Ground Water Problems

Ground Water Problems, Volume 11 presents the proceedings of the International Symposium held in Stockholm, Sweden in October 1966. The book covers the influence of topography on ground water formation; the ground water in Precambrian rocks in Southern Sweden; and the ground water conditions in the sedimentary rocks of Scania. The text also includes papers on the short-time variation of the ground water; some hydrogeological aspects on aquifers, especially Eskers; and the chemistry of ground waters. The tracers for ground water investigations; the protected areas for ground water sources; and the ground water production from the bedrock of Sweden are also encompassed.
