Great Reset-Opportunity or Threat?

This book gathers revised papers presented at the 2024 International Symposium of the Business Systems Laboratory, held in Palermo, Italy on January 11-12, 2024.In the last four years, the world has seen dramatic changes in virtually every aspect of global society.
