Gender and Leadership. The Existence or Non-Existence of a Specific Female Leadership Style

Also effective leadership styles are presented. It becomes clear that stereotypes and social behavior are the main problems women are suffering from in their working environment. Solution approaches are given by the author due to androgyny and the diversity approach.
