Future Shape of Children's Services

All children and young people should be afforded the opportunity to enjoy a satisfactory standard of health and development. To achieve this many children and families will need additional help.This report concentrates on those children who require services beyond those which are generally on offer from mainstream health and education services and who also need a more appropriate response from mainstream services.
