Europe no longer has anything to offer the Arabs

One of the central issues raised by Arab and Muslim consciousness alike is the relationship with the West, which is a very ancient relationship, which is the result of the unique neighborhood, and has become a source of anxiety that has shaped ideas since Europe became the center of modernity in the world. All the developments that the Arab world has witnessed since the beginning of the nineteenth century are the result of this tense relationship, not only with European-Western policies, but with the scientific and technical progress they have made in the sciences, ideas, and values ??that have challenged traditional cultures. The relationship with the West accompanies this book in all its chapters, as long as the developments witnessed by the Arab world were influenced by this relationship. During most of the stages, it was characterized by the hostility expressed by most of the speeches of the various political movements. Will we, as a result of the changes, witness speeches that are more balanced with the world surrounding us?!
