From racial slurs to more subtle micro-aggressions, workplace discrimination can occur on a wide spectrum of intention and intensity. Olivia Ross has encountered discrimination and harassment in several professional environments. Rather than let the toxic situations leave her depressed, she found a way to fight back. Using Equal Employment Opportunity Commission regulations as a guide, Olivia went head-to-head with the companies she worked for to leave the environment better than it was when she arrived. The book includes an example of the tracker she used to keep up with EEOC violations by recording when they occurred, nearby witnesses, and who in the company took part in the infractions.
