Computer Information Systems and Industrial Management

This book constitutes the proceedings of the 12th IFIP TC 8 International Conference, CISIM 2013, held in Cracow, Poland, in September 2013. The 44 papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from over 60 submissions.
