The demand for a suitable textbook on automotive repair is univer sal. Within the past fifteen years not only many private schools but also hundreds of public schools have undertaken to prepare men for employment as repairmen or to take care of their own automobiles. The author was for a number of years connected with both public and private schools which were attempting to give this training in auto motive repair.
