Amir, age eleven, is chased by older bullies. This terror has been going on for years, and he soon can’t take it anymore.

He thinks back to the time with his best friend Sten.

They were chased every day by several bullies. But Sten had enough and repaid one of them. He defended himself.

But when the bullying got even worse and the bullies particularly targeted Amir, he was given full protection by Sten.

Every day Sten became tougher and braver against the bullies.

But after the accidents, he is forced away from Amir. And now Amir is left alone against dangerous and vengeful bullies.

Every day he has to run for his life, away from life-threatening bullies.

He gets shelter by moving to Gothenburg and seeks shelter with his pretend cousins.

After six months, he returns home to Skövde, but faces the terrible bullying again.
