Work

Work Is a simply written, colorful reader that introduces young readers to work--a basic concept in physics. Students learn that work happens when a force moves an object. Force is defined as any action that changes the location of an object, the shape of an object, or how fast or how slowly an object is moving (speed). Examples are given to show how work, force, and distance are related.
