For its inaugural exhibition, the Black Gold Museum partners with curators Christian Janicot and Arnauld Pierre in an examination on the material nature of petroleum through selected works by the French artist collective BP. Their work explores themes of appropriation, reuse and environmental critique, often incorporating oil as a medium.
