The topics cover issues on which teenagers say they wish they had more information and include common concerns like body image, identity, coping with anxiety and depression, dealing with social media and a frank discussion of sex and relationships, as well as all of the practical skills needed for entering and succeeding in the adult world, from choosing a course of study and career, through managing finances, managing a household, to succeeding in the workplace. This book is not suitable for younger, pre-teen readers.
