The Tree House Years: My Poetry and Writings

All of the Poetry and Writings have been written over a span of sixty three years. They are excerpts from my thumb drive that my son, Dan, retrieved from the hard drive of my computer when I broke up housekeeping in April of 2016. I wrote letters to my family often about our doings in life all those years, the same as I did for my parents when I went away to nursing school at the U. of North Carolina at age 18. My Poetry was written, some after tragic events, some after joyful events and some out of just plain day to day living. I especially wanted my family to get a glimpse of my years of living and the outline of my life was just that, an outline. I never intended to write a book on my life, only to give a few quick glimpses. I also wanted to include some of the writings about: one of my jobs, my volunteer life, and my discovery of religious conclusions which made my life exciting
