The Suspension of Municipal Powers in the Federal Constitution

The present literary project specifies the legal meaning of the municipality within the Mexican legal system, starting from its historicity to the present day; it also analyzes the inherent powers of the municipality from a constitutional perspective; in addition, it will address current issues regarding the suspension of its institutional powers in accordance with the content of articles 29 and 73, section XVI of the Constitution and its link to the SARS CoV2 virus pandemic (COVID-19), and the decrees issued by the State Executive.
