The place of matrimonial regimes in Congolese and comparative law

To speak of matrimonial property regimes is to allude to the management of the patrimony of a couple living in marriage. Marriage, on the other hand, is a word that has caused a lot of confusion and has been the subject of much ink and spit for some time. In our book, we have not only forced ourselves to deal with matrimonial regimes in the D.R.Congo and in some countries according to the targeted legal systems but we have also invested ourselves to show the behavior of the legislators in front of the role and the importance of the matrimonial regime for the management of the goods in a couple. And this just after removing the equivocation around the polemic between marriage and other bonds in couple assimilated to marriage.
