The King with the Cold heart

A book that explains narcissism in a child-friendly way. Narcissism is a term that is often used in connection with adult relationships. But children can also sense when someone is only concerned with themselves. Their own needs are often overlooked. I wrote the story "The King with the Cold Heart" to convey this difficult topic in a gentle and child-friendly way. It shows children that their feelings are true and important. They can identify with the main character Flo and learn to better understand their own feelings and put them into words. For parents who are confronted with a toxic (ex)-partner, the book offers a gentle way to talk to their children about narcissistic behavior - at eye level, lovingly and empoweringly.
