The ISSA Manuscript

As a major Entitlement program, Social Security has been neglected to the brink of insolvency. The ISSA Manuscript is a Public Policy Statement regarding the funding and actuarial status of future Social Security Trust Funds. It is a 'financial blueprint' how Privatized Social Security Accounts could work in the United States; who could benefit from them, and why they are needed. Over the years, this 50-page booklet has been revised many times. A Former Stockbroker authored this book; it was researched, proofread, and mailed directly to Congressional lawmakers, Government officials, and Public Policy experts over a 10-year time span (from July 2010 to July 2020).
