او دا د دې معنی نه وه چې موږ باید لرې سفر وکړو

The sciences, each straining in its own direction, have hitherto harmed us little

علوم، چې هر یو یې په خپل لوري روان دی، تر اوسه پورې موږ ته لږ زیان رسولی دی.

but some day the piecing together of dissociated knowledge will open up terrifying vistas of reality

خو یوه ورځ د جلا شوې پوهې یوځای کېدل به د واقعیت وحشتناکه منظرې پرانیزي.

and of our frightful position within this reality will become clear to us

او په دې واقعیت کې زموږ د ویرونکي دریځ به موږ ته روښانه شي

And we shall either go mad from the revelation, or flee from the deadly light into the peace and safety of a new dark age

او موږ به یا د وحی له امله لیونی شو، یا به د مرګوني رڼا څخه د نوي تیاره دورې سولې او خوندیتوب ته وتښتو.
