Terror in Tuscany: CIA confronts Mafia in wine country

A sudden unexplained tourist's death in Venice triggers the investigation of a heinous crime being perpetrated at a famous winery by the Cosa Nostra teamed with a Colombian drug cartel. CIA agent Marcus Peterson teamed with MI 6 agent Leo Harris and Interpol agent Matina Bufalino are assigned the mission unaware that a local Mafia is endeavoring to assassinate Marcus as ordered by a US crime family. With romantic entanglements and a Mafia price on his head, it becomes questionable whether Marcus can accomplish his mission.
