study of prostate specific antigen(PSA) mechanism using radiobinding methods in some benign and malignant tumors: PSA in tumors

This book deals with the result obtained on serum PSA level that was measured by immunoradiometric assay (IRMA) in Two groups of malignant and one group of benign breaast tumors . Results obtained indicated a higher incidence of some PSA in benighn than those in the malignant breast tumors .The method of immunoradiometric assay for characterization PSA and isolated PSA was developed using 125 I-anti total PSA antibody and found to be suitable for the measurment of PSA.
