A powerful storm descends upon Cape Cod's Whale Rock on the weekend of Cassandra's wedding at The Bluffs, the Victorian mansion she inherited. In the wake of the storm, three-year-old Lucas goes missing, and the body of a small-time drug dealer is found in a dumpster.
