Speechless

Twelve-year-old Stasia's official diagnosis is selective mutism. She only has the power of speech with one person-her best friend, non-verbal Andie. But when a fairy approaches her, explaining that it is not a disability, but a fairy curse that keeps her voice trapped inside her, Stasia and Andie are on a mission to break the curse by following the fairy's explicit and rather absurd instructions. The story takes a dark twist, and Stasia and Andie find themselves in danger of losing everything they hold most dear. Will they do right?
