Serious Bodily Injury

After 40 + years working in the medical-legal industry, I have concluded that rhetoric too often rules the day. Having presented to 10,000's doctors and 100,000's lawyers (both plaintiff and defense), I realize that most don't have the time to delve into the research behind the bodily injury or the avenue to access the information readily.
