Scuby has a Fairy Dogmother with a magical rabbit. Scuby is a special dog with magical powers. When he sings his special tune he can turn into anything that he believes in. He is a silly dog with a tiny problem. He farts when he gets nervous or scared and he can't seem to control his farting. His farting makes him embarrassed and makes others plug their noses. Scuby goes to the pet hospital to get healthy and while he is there he meets some great friends. He also meets an angry vacuum named Vicky.
