Are you ready to get cooking? S Is for Salsa, a beginner's guide to Tex-Mex cooking, offers a tasty introduction to Tex-Mex cuisine, as well as a Spanish dictionary of commonly-used foods. Cooking activities are a great way to practice basic math skills, such as counting and measuring, reinforce healthy eating habits, and learn more about our cultural heritage.
