Post-concussion syndrome in patients with head trauma

Through a retrospective study, our aim was to raise the various problems encountered in the compensation of post-concussion syndrome (PCS) by presenting cases concerning PCS compensation in patients suffering from head trauma, and to deduce the most effective expert approach to guarantee proper compensation. Generally speaking, the medical expert must be vigilant and cautious in his forensic examination, particularly when assessing the rate of partial permanent disability, in order to guarantee adequate and fair compensation.
