Personality and Psychological Well-Being in health professionals.

Personality is the essence and characterization of a human being that necessarily forces to the choice of a professional career and even more to the exercise in practice, the health sciences being a profession of high warmth, quality and complexity, with dedication, empathy and ability to solve the problems of daily professional work, in this beautiful art how important and fundamental is to adjust to their being and doing. On the other hand, the psychological well-being is that subjective sensation that we have; combining these two variables allows us to see the reality in our current society. The present work is based on the study carried out on men and women, between 25 and 65 years old, who worked in the health sector, as physicians. The wonderful world of personality and how the cognitive interpretation of well-being makes us unique among so many millions of inhabitants.
