Pedagogy of physical education towards training and development

The book responds to a social need aimed at solving the problems of teaching-learning of sports from that teaching in Colombia; since it is intended to achieve a process of continuous training of the Physical Education teacher aimed at didactic management in Basic Secondary Education. That is why the purpose of the research was to promote a continuous training strategy to achieve that the Physical Education teacher manages to didactically manage the sports class. Methods and techniques of scientific research were applied, which allowed the contribution of a model and a strategy of continuous training with the same purposes described; all of which was corroborated in the theoretical and empirical order by means of critical opinion workshops and the pre-experiment.
