It's been 4 days since I did EFT on the tapping script on stress and anxiety. For the last 4 days, I did not get any cravings or urge to jump to sweets. My mind is relaxed too. I thank you, Kunal for this beautiful script. In measurable terms, my craving for food reduced from a 9 to a 3 on a scale of 10.

In today's session, I felt a significant shift in me. I could relate my sugar craving to the stress levels from the last 6 months, resulting from work pressure, relationship issues and financial instability. Felt like something got released from my body. My stress intensity has reduced from 9/10 to 4/10. My sleep pattern has improved. Sugar cravings reduced from 9/10 to 5/10.

I attended online zoom sessions for weight loss with Kunal and I can't explain with what ease he conducts them and the shifts. I could feel the shifts in my emotions be it anxiety, fear or disbelief. The best part was that it motivated me to start my walks and I did begin immediately. I now believe that I can lose weight, and if this belief shakes up then I have EFT to my rescue.

My experience of having food after the session was excellent. I have had the habit of just swallowing the food since my childhood. By the time the other members of my family start eating, my dinner is almost over. But tonight, when I sat for dinner, I took a full 15 minutes to complete it.
