Aria and Wil are forced on a quest to find a man who may hold the answers to the past. A man who remembers the wars. The only problem is, the wars were over 200 years ago, and the Earth has been a barren wasteland ever since.

Artificial Intelligence, known as The Guardians, managed to save a handful of survivors from the destruction humanity wrought on itself. The remnant now resides within the Sphere, a protective bubble they created to keep the toxic world at bay, at least that's what they say.

When Aria is told that the Guardians are not all that they claim, she and Wil must grapple with who they can trust, and the mysterious powers they have begun to manifest.
