Key Performance Indicator Management Systems (KPIS) in processes

The present research focused on designing a technological application of indicators of the production process management system, these elements are important tools to control the results of a production process, but at the same time very complicated to apply in real time. High-level management indicators can focus on the overall performance of the company, while low-level KPIs can focus on processes or employees in each department such as: production, sales, marketing or a customer support center. The creation of KPIs is a priority to start recording results, and to obtain relevant process information. It is very important to choose the most appropriate indicators during the design process of a new Production Management System using embedded systems technologies, it was investigated according to the regulations to develop industrial management indicators that allow its application in real time with the design of compatible technological systems in hardware and software to develop this research work.
