After an accident, billionaire heiress, Harriet Ross, acquires superhuman strength and a psychotic compulsion to brutalize criminals in the name of justice. In order to slake her newly acquired blood lust, Harriet dons a costume and assumes the identity of "Justice Bitch." In a world heavily populated by radiation altered superhumans, Harriet and her friends, The Sexy Rad Super Pals, battle a barrage of eccentric villains, including SuperAnnoyo, Trauma, Miz Mayhem, and Death Laser, a young, down-on-his-luck, musician, desperately infatuated with Harriet and hell-bent on getting her to acknowledge him as her primary nemesis. Dumb and fucked-up shenanigans ensue.
