James Learns he has Autism

James Learns He Has Autism tells the story of a young elementary student who learns he has autism. It demonstrated how the author broached this subject with her son. It also addresses some of the differences and concerns that have been brought up by his classmates. It was written at the request of several parents who were asking the author for suggestions on how to explain autism to their own children, both with and without autism.
