This book is a collection of personal poetry; a journey towards inspiration. This book touches upon real life issues such as having a child with special needs, relationships, divorce, addiction, friendships, death, finding true love and spiritual growth. The words enclosed will get you lost in the mood and reflecting upon your own life. We have all felt the wave of one emotion or another at some point in our lives. Some individuals are able to overcome while others struggle. If I can help just one person feel more connected, feel less alone and somehow inspired on their journey, then I have accomplished what I set out to do.Dedicated to my daughter, my angel in disguise who was diagnosed with a rare genetic brain disorder Pachygyria, which includes: developmental delays, seizures, autism, ADHD, OCD, PDD, and behavioral issues.The determination she carries with her has made me realize that if she can overcome, so can we all.
