Based on the needs of instructing mainly the young people who are studying the technical level or the graduation who need information to stand out in relation to their competitors to insert themselves in the job market, we have prepared this work entitled "Insertion in the Job Market" with the objective of preparing these candidates for a job vacancy based on a research methodology directed according to their abilities and potentials, professional affinities and identification with the job market, preparing them for recruitment and selection, in the elaboration and updating of resumes, besides providing a more comprehensive understanding of the work environment and its constant changes, as well as promoting reflections on personal skills as well as providing critical assessment as to the areas in which they intend to work professionally
