"Are you having continuos difficulties in controlling your weight before, during and after holidays? I sure "did " This is why I went ahead and wrote this small piece to myself and shared it with YOU dear Angel and friend. It's in the mind's eye where we have to decide to do it "the right way." It's easier than I thought it would be and I was a whopping 180 lbs at 5'4" and now I'm at 130 lbs continuously for the last 7 lucky years running. Woohoo I live life to the fullest and eat healthy and fulfilling meals all the time BUT I do follow the way it has worked for me. Try it.
