Grace Webb walks around with her heart on her sleeve and falls head-over-heels for anyone who shows the slightest interest. She will do whatever it takes, be whoever she needs to be, if it means not being alone. At least, that is the old Grace. The new and improved Grace is about to celebrate her 40th birthday. And she does not want to throw herself at the feet of the next handsome man who smiles at her.
Her best friend recommends a weeklong retreat at Heartstone Lodge. And Grace doesn't think living with seven strangers for a week is going to help her situation. But at this point, she'll try anything.

After nearly two years of stonewalling, Callum's therapist said she could no longer help him unless he drops his walls and starts letting her in. He had been building walls around his heart for so long, they were too high for anyone to climb. And she wasn't going to waste anymore of his or her time.
