Guaranteeing the right to health of transgender persons

This work addresses the right to health of transsexual persons. It also analyzes the conception of human rights from the philosophical currents that underlie the right.It addresses the obligations and competencies of the public administration to comply with the right to health from the current block of normative regularity to determine whether the current legislation guarantees the right to health of transgender people in the State of Veracruz.
