Gender-based violence and suspended trial on probation

This work was based on my experience as an employee in a criminal court, where direct contact with the victim of crimes involving gender violence led me to study this problem and the position of legislation and judicial authorities in the face of it. My focus was on the women who suffer from this scourge and the consideration given to them in the decision within the judicial process.
