Factors of organizational climate that influence behavior

The objective of the research was to describe the factors of the organizational climate that influence the behavior of the teachers of the Bolivarian Integral School "Mar n II" located in the San Javier parish of the San Felipe Municipality, Yaracuy State. The nature of the research was framed in the positivist paradigm, using the hypothetical deductive method, oriented towards a field research, descriptive type, given the small number of subjects, we worked with (100%), that is, 18 teachers. To collect the information, the survey was applied as a technique and as an instrument a questionnaire structured by 16 items, validated in its content, by the judgment of three experts.
