Exploration of Piano Theory and Positions with Unicorn Themes and Illustrations

Music theory book that compliments theoretical component with weekly pieces and song analysis. Student will become a musical detective and determine key signature, tonic note, tonic chord, pentascale, time signature, harmonic and melodic intervals (2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th), dynamics and other musical notations. Student will answer questions and supplement by writing the patterns. The repetition will help provide ground work for better theoretical understanding and assist in decoding of symbols and patterns.
