Estradiol Receptors in Benign and Malignant Ovarian Tumors

The modification protocol for the assay of estradiol receptors is capable of analyzing these receptors and the procedure is suitable for the assessment of estradiol receptors in benign and malignant ovarian tumors.The higher incidence of estradiol receptors was obtained in malignant than in benign ovarian tumors: therefore the malignant rumors were more estradiol dependent than those of benign rumors.The kinetic studiesof the estradiol binding to its receptors showed thatthe binding reaction is a temperature and time dependent process. The association of estndiol with its crude benign and malignant ovarian tumor were spontaneously occur and the binding reactions were entropically driven .
