Es una meta que se sigue un paso a la vez, y que se aprende a gozar en el camino, porque cada tramo lleva a descubrir significados, cuidar nuestro bienestar, cultivar el amor propio, vivir relaciones sanas, cumplir metas y reinventarse cuando sea necesario.
