Nilly is new to the neighborhood but makes a friend in Lisa, who is constantly teased by twin bullies, Truls and Trym. Nilly and Lisa like visiting Nilly's neighbor, the eccentric Doctor Proctor, whose inventions are usually a bust. However, he has come up with his most sensational creation yet: a fart powder There are two strengths: the regular that just makes you fart (without a smell ) and the extra-strength, which can propel you into the sky.

Nilly and Lisa decide to sell the powder at school and use it to get revenge on Truls and Trym. All is good farty fun--until someone steals the extra-strength powder to use for more evil purposes...
