Book 2 covers the topics of fruit, birthdays, months of the year, numbers 11-20, pencil case, drinks and transport. Each topic begins with a page full of images and the Spanish words for the topic. Progression throughout each of the topics has been carefully planned as the activities practise only a few of the new words at any one time, and gradually introduce simple sentences. At the back of the book there is a useful Spanish-English word list, a snakes & ladders game and the answer section.
