CONSTITUTIONAL DEMOCRACY - In the Member State of the European Union

Book of political science that proposes a method of evaluating constitutional democracy, based on the idea that the level of democracy of a state is the one established by its constitution. The method is applied, as a case study, to the Member States of the European Union. The results obtained by comparing the level of constitutional democracy could be the basis for thinking about the future of the European Union.
