Presents the major theorists (Blake and Mouton, Fiedler, Hersey and Blanchard) their views, and then synthesizes the basic notions into a set of concepts which can inform a Christian leader today. Includes insights from the Scriptures regarding Pauline leadership styles. Leadership styles are one of the major causes of conflict in leadership situation.
