Williams Hawkins truly led a wonderful and meaningful life. He was a pillar of the community in his hometown of Jonesborough, Tennessee. He was charming, intelligent, talented, successful, handsome, and above all, kind and generous. His top priority in life was always his family: his lovely wife and two beautiful children. However, one fateful night, all this came to an abrupt and tragic end as he would die an untimely death. However, this story did not end there. His soul stayed on this earth, but in a way no one could ever imagine. Chuckaboo Billy (Chuckaboo is an old British term for friend) tells the story of this good soul and his long and winding path; one met with joy, sadness, sheer terror, and a friendship that was so strong it created miracles. The old sayings "bad things happen to good people" and "you can't judge a book by its cover" have never been more true than in this tale.
